Stephanie Kay Panabaker (born May 2, 1990) is an American former actress, former voice actress, and zookeeper. Portrayed Nikki Westerly in the WB drama series Summerland.
She is best known for her roles as Jenny Garison in the 2009 reboot of Fame and Debbie Berwick on Phil of the Future. She is the younger sister of Sky High star Danielle Panabaker.
